Short films, sci-fi to comedy, horror, music videos, action, whatever. You get a creative itch, you scratch it. Besides being a lot of fun, it provides the opportunity to try out different techniques, equipment, and ideas. It's also the chance to work with some amazingly talented people. There's something in each "fun" film that eventually winds up in a "real" project - with no charge for the R&D.
